Hi there! I’m Myanah Simmons- a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based in Texas, currently working under the guidance of my amazing supervisor, LaQuondra Patterson-Levias, LPC-S. As a counselor, coach and advocate for women I’m all about creating a supportive and client-centered space where we can work together to help you reach your goals.

I know what it's like to go through massive life shifts-career changes, motherhood, personal growth-and feel like you've lost yourself in the process. I've seen how some clinical approaches can feel impersonal, leaving you without the tools you truly need to reclaim your life. That's why I created a more personal, relatable, and actionable way to help women step into their next chapter.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University (Now Houston Christian University) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Avila University. Additionally, I am a Certified Project Management Professional since 2019 with over 15 years of Project Management experience.

My approach is eclectic, blending a mix of evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in combining my knowledge of proven techniques and a solution focused approach with your unique strengths to create real, lasting change. I bring a structured, yet deeply personalized approach to my work.
Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or just want someone to truly listen, I’m here to help you thrive—one step at a time!
It is in herself she will find the strength she needs.
